I decided to release a style I created for premium members on http://webmastersempire.com (http://webmastersempire.com/) , that didn't workout as well as I'd hoped so I'm giving it out for free.
Download the zip file for the skin Here (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?p=753764#post753764), the rest should be self explanatory.
Click here for a preview of the skin (http://webmastersempire.com/blueemerald.jpg)
I hope you all like it.
Comments are appreciated.

This is one of the greatest free skins I've seen. I'll definetly be installing and work upon on this! Thank you very much for sharing!

You're welcome... I'm working on two or three more skins... they should be released rather soon.

I love this style, nice and clean with an opportunity to have an uncluttered logo in the header.
I installed as a child of my default template but it failed to inherit links in my navbar. I had a "Chat" link between calendar and new posts. I also had a who's chatting on the quick links drop down for sigma chat.
Are they missing because they don't fit into the design?
nice work
thank you very much

Its because the skin is using its template for navbar, not the parent style's.
Find the hacks with the 'missing' links and look at the template edits. Do all the edits that say to add/change something to the navbar template to the header template and everything should look fine.

That is good news, can't wait to see them! :) You have a preview yet?

Well... I have about 4 more skins that are 'releasable' but I haven't decided which one/one's I'll be giving out for free so I can't show the preview just yet.

This looks awesome. I am brand new to vBulletin, just installed yesterday. Can someone tell me how I "Install" this (or other skins) after I have downloaded the zip file.
I am trying to go for the 3 column layout I see here and elsewhere. Is that a function of the skin?
Thanks in advance and apologies if this is a really dumb newbie question.

Thanks Dean,
Imported the xml although it seems a bit different in 3.07 as teh option to ignore version is not there. At first it would not allow so I edited the xml to show the current version which I do not know if will cause problems.
Hey, looks like it works!!! Now, how do I set this as tghe default style?.
Thanks again.

In the AdminCP click vBulletin options > Style & Language Settings > and on the dropdown list under 'Default Style' select the style you'd like to set as default
