Skin/Graphics/Layout help needed ASAP

Hello,

I am looking for someone who is very good at creating skins and modifying the layout/view of site... I am currently running vBAdvanced with vBulletin 3.0.3 and few hacks...

It is very important that person/company interested has done such modifications before and are very creative so that the end result would be more then just unique.
