Collapse icons

My collapse icons for my forum arent working. My forum isnt finished yet i have only opened it so people could see and help me with the error www.school-help.co.uk (http://www.school-help.co.uk) . When i click on the collapse forum buttons it does nothing but the buttons dissapear???
