How to change Avatar display?

Just converted from IPB...two questions..

#1-How do I make my avatar and user name show up in thier own column like here..

#2- Is there an avatar resize feature like IPB? I just converted from IPB, and I am having all kinds of Avatar sizing issues

ACP > vBulletin Options > Style & Language Settings * > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template > YES
*(RC2 and lower, it is in Thread Display Options (showthread) )


No, we have no avatar resize function.
