Ditto.
apart from the occasional bugs, it's top notch.

Was using Firefox but since it doesn't allow an easy way to cut and paste within WYSIWYG editors, it isn't very useful for me.

FF.
Version 1.0 PR seems much more stable. It no longer bogs after being open for a long time. But I hate the new Ctrl F find feature. It doesn't search in frames or textareas. The old find feature did both of those things.

perhaps it is a bug that it can't search in frames. :D

I use both Firefox and IE... IE more often, mainly because it's so integrated into Windows that it's a bit faster than FF, and speed is a very important factor for everything I use

When in Firefox, type "about:config" in the address box. Enter turbo in the filter box, and set browser.turbo.enabled to true.
I've found that it makes a great improvement. FF and IE now take about the same amount of time to load, 2-3 seconds, though I do use it almost all day long everyday. Except when FF crashes(which unfortunealty seems to happen more in 1.0PR than in previous versions) then it takes about 10s, and it takes it's cache with it. Very annoying. Though, I guess at least it doesn't take my taskbar and desktop with it like IE :)
Overall, I use Firefox exclusively. But 1.0PR has been a supreme disappointment, it is much less stable than 0.9+, and has more annoying crap.(like the find toolbar mentioned earlier)

Thanks for the tips... my homepage is already set to about:blank, but I'll put the others into effect and try it out for a few days and see if there is any difference in speed

Both IE & FireFox.
It would be nice if they fixed up the issues that FireFox has with XML though. Or did they already do that? Maybe I should ugprade my version and check.

I use Firefox. I don't like IE, because I always manage to get those annoying toolbars. (When installing programs, I have a habbit of clicking next next next without unticking certain check boxes, hence how I end up with them)

I have always used IE. I now have sp2 on all three of my computers and that's the only brower I will ever use. I also have Firefox on all the computers too but I just can't get used to it. Pages that look normal in IE display weird in Firefox, even certain things in vB.
I have always been an MS fan and always will be.

I'm using IE 95% of the time, but for testing and debugging vBulletin, I'm using Firefox too. (I can't use Firefox all the time because i've only 192 MB of ram and my cpu lags everytime after :D)

I have 512 MB. If I have Firefox open and put the computer in Hibernate, the computer will crawl so slowly when it wakes up. That only happens with Firefox windows open.

I voted Firefox and IE.
I use Firefox as my default browser (version 0.10.1 as we speak) and IE6 SP2 for a few sites that won't work right in Firefox. But I use Firefox where I can. :)
As a sidenote, though, when using IE I constantly find myself trying to open new tabs. :D

Sorry, but from what I've seen, the few security issues Firefox has had were not majorly critical, and they were fixed promptly.
IE, on the other hand, still has some security holes last time I heard.

Dude, for real, it's like hearing Bush talk... o.O Or that Iraqi minister of defense, saying everything was fine while bombs were falling down behind him.
IE allows websites to implant viruses and/or spyware through a mere JPEG IMAGE, along with many other applications. It's a Windows OS security leak (a giant one) and yet, Firefox users are safe from it.
Saying Firefox is more secure than IE in today's cyberworld only makes you look like a fool. All newsreports on the issue prove you horribly, horribly wrong. Sticking to your PoV is sticking your head in the dirt and pretending that the entire world is wrong and you are right.

I am a Firefox user and promote it but I won't lie to promote it. Firefox is no less or more secure than Internet Explorer. More previously unknown security holes are found in IE than in Firefox because IE under goes much greater scrutiny due to its marketshare. If Firefox was the majority of the market it would be the one undergoing greater scrutiny. We're starting to see that now as its marketshare increases and more previously unknown Firefox security holes are found.

we've already had this debate....
IE == closed source; any leaks found are likely to be only a fraction of the total amount of leaks that are there;
Firefox == open source; the amount of leaks found is a good representation to how many leaks there are in total;

If you checked the facts you would know that in the past 6 months Firefox and IE each have had 14 previously unknown exploits discovered. You would also know that approximately 0 Firefox exploits were discovered until 6 months ago when Firefox started gaining marketshare.
My point? Firefox is no less and no more secure than Internet Explorer in the long term and I will not to lie about that in order to make using CSS easier.

So does Firefox... Only 2 of the last 16 holes are fixed in Firefox.
Anyway, this is what Zachery was talking about:

Polls like this one never really tell the whole truth, as they are heavily influenced by the fact that only people who are interested in their browser actually take the time to vote.
To get a more accurate picture of browser share amongst the vBulletin.com community, you need a system that logs everybody regardless of whether or not they choose to vote on a poll.
This graph shows the truth of the browser share situation:

You know, I have friends that say
