The beta 2 has the same filename as beta 1

Also none of the problems are fixed other than my board now says "version 1.1.3"

Are & in forum names OK?

These kinds of fixes worry me. There are precisely the sort of bugs one gets because it does not occur to the developer to allow for such names until it happens as a problem.

UBB clearly has been through this pain barrier already.

Might I suggest to John that he trawls through the UBB problems/bugs forum and has a think about whether the same problem would occur with VB.

That way the next release can pre-empt many of the same problems that UBB users have gone through happening in VB.

I am almost certain to migrate from UBB to VB but I am still waiting and watching right now. I will try the free version first probably.
