Default 'Thread Rating' Phrases

Just a small thing I wanted to point out here. By default the thread rating shows this -

Why do we need to have one Star for a "terrible" thread! :D

People will actually see that thread thinking its rated, only to find its terrible ;)

So, I changed my vBphrases to -
