Is ther enay way have a vbulletin 3.0.3 and have the deafault skin from vbulletin 2.3.4 because i hate 3.03. skin
For example have a vbulleitn 3.0.3 look the same with http://cboard.cprogramming.com/

yes, there are two possibilities. :)
make it your own or download the vbulletin classic template at vbulletintemplates.com :) that would just need some small changes.
