How long on average does it take to set up a vbulletin board? I've noticed more and more boards popping up so I'm thinking it's not that complicated. Also what about copyright of images you want to use for your board?

Thanks for reading :)

Depending on your upload speed, generaly it takes me about 10 min, to upload, install and do a basic configuration :)

You can have vB3 running inside of 15 minutes.

You could also spend hours, days, or weeks customizing it to look exactly how you want. Everything is VERY easy to customize and a lot can be changed without doing any programming. So any time you spend is making changes, not figuring out HOW to make changes. :) It all depends what you want.

in response to your 2nd question...

vB comes with the style you see here. Once you have purchased a license to vB, you can download various free pre-made styles from vbulletintemplates.com and other websites or you can even buy pre-made styles for as little as $15.
