A few question before purchasing

Is it easy to get a front page similar to http://www.sitepoint.com/forums with the list of forums on the left and a selection of posts that the moderators pick in the right. Is this some sort of hack that is available or is it a standard feature of vbulletin?

The second question I have regards image galleries, can you suggest a script that integrates with vbulletin. I have looked at coppermine which I think integrates ok. I'd like to be able to integrate the user levels from vBulletin with the user levels in the image gallery so when peopl upgrade their accounts in vBulletin they get more storage space in the gallery. I'm really looking for free image gallery scripts.

Finally is there any blog software that integrates with vBulletin.

Is it easy to duplicate what Sitepoint has done? This requires a lot of customization and depends entirely on your knowledge and experience with HTML and PHP.
