create new forum

How do i create a new forum? I tried registering but there is no option to create a new forum.

I don't quite understand where you want to create a new forum.
Is this in the admin demo, or on your own site or this web site?

My interpretation/ guess is that he thinks that vBullentin hosts the fourms once you pay for the license, and he doesn't realize that he needs to set it up on a seperate server.

Yeah. See, i think hes coming from invisionfree or stuff that is pre installed.

What you need for vb is a host. (That gives ftp) then you upload vb (dont know how) to your server and use it!
