I see that one of vBulletin features is:

Paid Subscriptions (PayPal, WorldPay, NOCHEX and Authorize.net)
Can you link me to where I can read/learn more about this?

Can Paid Subscriptions be started at any time or do they need to begin (if I plan to use them) when I open my forums?

How do I manage who haS paid and who has not?
