Can all the items shown below from the Main forum page be turned off?

Can the "What's Going On?" and "Forum Contains New Posts", "Forum Contains No New Posts", and "Forum is Closed for Posting" from the Main forum page be turned off?

I feel that the users of my site would not have an interest in them, at least not on the Main page.

If you look in your current Admin Demo, you will see that some of these have toggle switches in the vBulletin Options. For those that don't they can be turned off by editing the templates in the Style Manager.
