A question about Support !

I considering to buy vB. But before I have 2 questions to be answered :

1 : What kind of support do you provide ? I mean every question will be answered ?

2 : Currently I am using Invision Power Board v1.3, Is there any convertor who convert the whole board from Invision Power Board v1.3 to vB v3.0.3 ?

1) We provide email and forum support for free. There is a fee for telephone support. We answer every question if we can. Some are beyond vBulletin and require support from other sources though.

2) Yes, there is an import module for IPB 1.3.
