I would like to purchase the VBulletin but I desperately need an Invision Board 2.0 converter. I was told that there might be some hacked 1.3 converters that were working. If anyone could help with this situation I will make a purchase.

I am not aware of any IPB 2.0 to vB3 convertors at this time. You can try asking over at vbulletin.org.
