Okay

I am able to import everything up to THREADS. When I go to hit the import POSTS I get the selection box that cycles what number to import. I have tried several things 100 at a time 200 etc

I just get an empty screen in admin nothing happens. My import is stuck at this point.

This is on Threads 6.4

Any Ideas on this?

I have tried it over and over and the importers will die when it comes time to import posts?

Unfortunately I don't have any ideas. If no one else here knows what is causing your problem then we will probably have to talk to Jerry, the importer developer.

Jerry just got back from a 4 week vacation so no doubt he is busy playing "catch up". I will give him a nudge for you.

Try clearing your ImpEx session by running this query on your database:

DELETE FROM datastore WHERE title='ImpExSession'

If you use table prefixes then you need to change datastore to include the prefix.

Then try importing again.

Been there done that. I found that in another thread. As I stated above I have tried importing and every time it dies on the import posts.

Vbulletin is useless to me if I can not get the importer to work.

When you say nothing works, does it go directly to a blank screen ?

Does that screen keep attempting to refresh itself ?

Yes it is just a blank screen with no post imports happening. Blank screen within the admin that is. Not the white screen of death. Given the admin section is blue I will call it the blue screen of death. No page refreshing that I see

Okay 8 days and no reply yet?

What gives I was under the impression that support was better than this here.

Sorry. Not all of us are very experienced with the Impex system. Fill out a support ticket at:
