How do I ad a field for pictures

Hey. I found this vBulletin website that has some pictures up above the actual boards: http://www.miboards.com/ . I want to do this on my site, but can't figure out the code. I have version 3.03. Thanks for your help.

You have to purchase PhotoPost. Then go to www.photopostdev.com to get the code to integrate it into vBulletin like that site has done.
