how does the installation purchase work

I bought vBulletin license today along with the the installtion purchase but the emails I got or the purchase order doesn't talk about who and how it will be installed.

i also purchased license on 3-9-01. and installation. i sent you all of the info you requested. but i have not heard from you. can you please look into it for me.
