Dear vbulletin team !

Whenever I click the link "Attachment statistics" , our forum goes offline and we see this error in WHM.

mysql (4.0.20-standard) failed

Can anyone tell me how mysql (4.0.20-standard) can fail after we click "Attachments statistics" and how can we fix this fault?

This is the server status now (before I click the Attachment statistic link in my forum Admin CP.

apache (1.3.31 (Unix))up bind (9.2.2)up cppopup cpsrvdup exim (exim-4.34-60_cpanel_stmpcontrol_antivirus_rewrite_mailman2_m ailtrap_exiscan)up eximstatsup ftpdup imapup mysql (4.0.20-standard)up syslogdup Server Load0.53 (2 cpus) Memory Used14.4 % Swap0.872 % Disk sda7 (/) 25 % Disk sda1 (/boot) 58 % Disk sda5 (/home) 6 % Disk sda6 (/tmp) 4 % Disk sda2 (/usr) 24 % Disk sda3 (/var) 16 %

Now I have clicked the "Attachment statistics" in my forum Admin CP. My forum is showing the MySql error and this is the server status.

apache (1.3.31 (Unix))up bind (9.2.2)up cppopup cpsrvdup exim (exim-4.34-60_cpanel_stmpcontrol_antivirus_rewrite_mailman2_m ailtrap_exiscan)up eximstatsup ftpdup imapup mysql (4.0.20-standard)up syslogdup Server Load60.43 (2 cpus) Memory Used23.8 % Swap0.761 % Disk sda7 (/) 25 % Disk sda1 (/boot) 58 % Disk sda5 (/home) 6 % Disk sda6 (/tmp) 4 % Disk sda2 (/usr) 24 % Disk sda3 (/var) 16 %

This will now help you to see whats wrong.

This may be a server issue. For help with optimizing your server, please see this thread:

http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=70117

Then post the requested info in a new thread in that forum.

My host says something maybe wrong with Admin CP script as the load becomes high when I click "Attachment statistics" in forum CP.

How can I find out the size of attachment table? Our Mysql database is more than 1GB.

It would be in attachment stats, you can go into phpmyadmin and view the attachment table there.
