Cool. I just got a question about one little problem with a certain Gaming Board that is using this forum software. Are you allowed to swear in the whole forum? IS this against the TOS(Terms of Service)

AFAIK users are allowed to "swear" as long as it's not against that specific forums rules.

What an administrator permits at their forum is not Jelsoft's concern as long as it does not involve distributing vBulletin files.

They also talk about porn(sorry I have to say that) I'm not sure it against the TOS

Talking about it is not agasint any laws that i am aware of, however if they are distrubting porn illegaly then yes it would break the TOS IIRC, you could report the site to www.vbulletin.com/piracy.php :)
