import from .SQL file, is it possible?

I'm moving my vb3.0.3 forum from one server to another. Been having some problems just migrating the databases over so though i would use the export and import functions......

I've exported all from my old board using the export command in the CP

I've installed impex on the new server and it runs with no errors.

How do I import the .SQL file that is currently on my PC into the VBB on the server using impex? I'm a bit lost.....

Er, Why would you be using impex? Its designed to merge or import data mostly from another forum system.

If you made a total backup you would just restore it into the current one you have now, unless im missing somthing?
