IPB - vBulliten?

Hi,
I have just ordered an vBulletin license(owned) and i'm a little confused with this upgrade.

I have got an installed forums at /forum, and installed a vbulletin forum and created a new database at /forums.

So, i downloaded this converting script, and the readme is very confusing.

Could you tell me what to do - it would be much appreciated.

Update: When i go to http://www.whm-host.com/forums/impex/ and login with the username and password i had it doesn't work :(

You run the imports from within the Admin CP:

Admin CP -> Import & Maintenance -> Import/Export
