importing from ikonboard 3.1.2a NOT SQL version

Hi,

How can I import my tables and posts form my existing forum?

I am currently using Ikonboard (http://www.ikonboard.com/) version 3.1.2a, the trouble is the forum uses ikonboards own db system and not SQL. How do I import these.

You cant import from a Ikonboard DBM System. You need to upgrade to the SQL version (what is easy to do) before you can import Ikonboard to vBulletin.

I would wait with the import to vBulletin. There are still a few open issues:

- Some Ikonboard Tags are not converted
- Polls are not imported correctly
- Imported passwords dont work (users have to use the "forget password" function to get access once)

No problem I think

I have no polls and will be using the amemberpromembership script to integrate the users and members so there usernames and passwords will be the same when imported from here.
