Avatars not Imported after ImpEx

Is this a known bug? should all of my members avatars have been successfully imported when I ran the Impex? How do I get them all there now...?

yup - the avatars should be there according to that link...

Majority of profile and avatars.
(username, email, usergroup, password, aim, icq, joindate, homepage, lastactivity, yahoo, msn, posts, Occupation, Location, Interests, avatars)

... though non of my avatars have come across at all...

What should I do now...? do I need to enter a support ticket?

Report it as a bug. I'll attempt to have a look at it though Jerry would probably be best.
