How to get a image/link to pm under thread

Hi

I remember this feature on older vb boards I have used in the past.

There was a link/image under the thread + messenger icon etc

what I am interessed in is the pm/link so you can write pm's faster

There is already a link like this in vB3

If you click on my name, it will bring up a drop down menu and you will see a link to drop me a pm.
