One of the members, Flesh-N-Bone, was sentenced to 11 years in jail for threatening a friend with an AK-47. He is still in prison today and he is expected to be released on parole in 2008. It's not Bizzy Bone who is locked up for life or anything like that.

Bizzy Bone is the former and unique member of the group. Bizzy admitted that he was a recovering alcoholic and substance abuse addict, and that his family had attempted to have him committed to an asylum. He also claimed that he had since found the Lord after a spiritual awakening, and is now more sound than ever in mind and body. He remains on the outs with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, revealing that he hasn't spoken to any of his former group members in months, and that he plans to continue his solo career. Though once Flesh is out of jail, I'm pretty sure Bizzy will be back with Bone Thugs and the real Bone Thugs-N-Harmony will be formed together once again! :)

For your forum I'd be going around to different places that offer things for sale. Email a few folks a day that have items for sale and ask them to post their item for sale on your forum.

You might even post in some of those classifieds sites... not anything for sale but just in the for sale space put "For Sale or Trade Forum" and then instead of posting an item for sale you can post your description of your forum. You might get kicked out on a few but I bet you'd get some response on a bunch of them.
