Mine is here, recent conversion from XMB to vB 2.3.4.

Runs a bright red and yellow style by default, which is the site's traditional colour scheme, however it has the choice of:

Yellow
Green
Purple
vBstandard (the default vB 2.3.4 style)
Coffee
XPBlue (style loosely based on Windows XP)

My old XMB board had over 20 styles, which I am in the process of converting one by one.

Once vB 3.0.0 goes to full release I'll be starting work on converting the board to that.

Also runs a modified version of vBindex which can be accessed using the 'Community' link at the top, we use this not as a homepage but as an alternative gateway to the forums as some people seem to prefer that method. We used it to replace XMB Portal 0.8 which was used to much the same effect on the old XMB board. Also have the 'posts on another page' hack running on the site's homepage www.bowlandcentral.com (http://www.bowlandcentral.com).

I also managed to rewrite the PM on-screen notification thingy so that as soon as the message is read it no longer shows the notification message on screen (as opposed to the default method which waits until the session expires).

My site is Halloween themed, so there's lots of orange and purple. I think I did a pretty good job considering the difficult colors to work with.

I'm also using the vb2 button set in alot of cases. This is just until there's a proper tutorial on how to change their colors and mesh them better with dark backgrounds.

I don't really have any hacks since vB3 has everything that I had hacked into my vB2, minus a contributor hack. Its mainly just a vB3 with different styles, and the site is integrated with it and uses the template system, thats about it... It's a great place to talk comics though if you're in to Superman and Batman! :cool:

Well now I'm using a different style for my board, I bought it from eXtremepixels.com too (I still don't know how to create my own styles). One of the administrators on this board is going to install a store for the board. I've been considering installing a portal of some sort as well, but don't know which one yet.

Maybe one day I'll figure out how to create my own style. Until then I have to save up for Photoshop CS! :( Also will create my own banner since I can't use my old one for the style I'm using right now.

We own this site. It has DB connectivity between the regular site and the forums with a complete interactive product review section (http://www.makeuptalk.com/reviews/) and a swap center (http://www.makeuptalk.com/swap/). Bear in mind this is all for beauty products. :rolleyes: It's been up since Sept '03 and started as a phpbbPLUS board but was immediately moved to vB 3.0 RC3 (and then up and up and up to 3.0.3) when we noticed that we would have a lot of users. SO the vB functionality was needed! Since our site is 99.99% women, I have noticed that the fuctionality is sometimes overwhelming to them(they have said this) and not used to vB in this industry. But, I beleive that we might have been the first to have brought vB into this industry! Thx vB!

Well, after a month or so with a broken site because no matter what i did with the server, i just couldn't get it to work. NetAddition is back up and running again.
