is ther an upgrade from invision to vBulletin cause i plan to buy VB only if i can upgrade my community to it.

Yes, you can import IPB 1.2 or 1.3 to vBulletin.

I think there could be a run here if the announcement at IBF is they are going to full paid on Moday.

That would cause me a problem as I'm still running IPB on my 2nd site and won't be changing for a while as I need to raise the money first. It wouldn't be so bad but I need to renew my vB licence in 3 weeks as I only got a leased on to start with.
