I hope someone out there knows enough about this stuff to be of some help :)

I have 3 (possibly 4) different devices that are going to make sound. (2 cd players, a comptuer, and sound from a projector).

I have 2 different sound zones (inside and outside).

I wish to be able to have a control-panel-like device with switching on it that will allow me to choose which device will play sound to which set of speakers, but also be able to say "this device should play to all speakers".

I tried drawing a diagram, but it was useless.

Main feature i am after is being able to run both zones at the same time off different inputs, but with the same device be able to run both zones from the same input.

Is there a pre-made package that is a posibility? (i wouldnt have a clue what to search for)

Some higher end home recievers will do this. I dont know of electronics stores where you are, but visit one and ask them for a reciever that will do what you want. They should be able to point you in the right direction.

Thanks! :)

The only trouble is how easy it is to use, and the cost involved as i will find another solution if it is silly money.

Most stores around here are not high end as there are very few "rich" people around who really would need this kind of gear. Nearest big hifi store is around 300kms away :(

After some serious googling, ive found i need a device like http://www.extron.com/product/product.asp?id=mav168stereo&subtype=108, however - im not after a 16x8, just a 4x2. (they have 64x64, but thats definatly overkill! :))

Anyone have any ideas? :)
