Q1..Bought license the other week and for the last week have been trying to figure out how to activate my membership so I can post here..have done the email customer number thing..still no luck.

Q2..I am aware of bug 2742 (I know this post does not belong here but I cant post anywhere else)..I have similar problem in that everthing works just fine except "forum manager" and "add new forum" come up only as black screen no further info..is there a fix for this?..renders software useless of course if cannot alter/add forums. any help appreciated of course.:confused:

To get vB support on these forums you first need to be a licensed customer and register for Priority Forum Support. To do this, please go here:

...and enter your email address in one of the boxes. You'll need to have your customer number and password to access the page.

If you still have problems after doing this, send an email to support@vbulletin.com. Please include your user name, the email address you registered with and your customer number so we can fix the problem.

Once you've done this, please post in the appropriate support forum for your version.
