If you just got your account recently, you probably won't have any. They periodically and randomly notify some users on their main Inbox page, I believe. Somewhere near the top will be a notice saying you have some invites available. They mention this in the help pages somewhere. Use the search function for "how many invites".

You'll see a link on the main page (see screenshot)

Clicking the link will display the number of invites you have, and will let you send them to others.

Almost everybody has 5+ invites per account, they go for $2 per gmail on sites like sitepointforum, and the rest just gives them out for free. Besides that this site isn't a market place, asking $5+ is too much I think :)
