cms equivalent to vbulletin?

is there a cms equivalent to vbulletin forums out there? i want to buy the owned liscenece of vbulletin but if im going to shell out the cash, i want the whole package in one swoop so i can launch my site by july 20th. maybe vbulletin dosent make a cms, but are there any professional cms's out there you would recommend i use along with my vbulletin forum?

I believe that vBulletin is working on a CMS for their next product. Don't quote me though. As for getting a vBulletin and CMS up and running before July 20th. Your best bet would be to install vBAdvanced: http://vbadvanced.com/
