Can a user upload pics?

I would like to know before buying this vBulletin if a user can upload or attach an image file to the thread? I would like an easier way than forcing users to upload to a public domain and provide a hotlink to it. I would like the user to just browse and attch the image.

Yes, uploading files and pics as attachments to posts is a standad feature (as you noticed in your post.)
