Will this effect my vB3 on my server in anyway?
It comes from the vb_test.php file.

I'm not too sure what they all mean, but you can maybe ask your host to enable them. Some of them are necessary for vb3 to operate, and some of them can be worked around, i'm not too which ones though.

They are not the best place to be hosted if you want a vB forum, at least from what ive seen.

But i have hosted a vB2 ages ago on lycos with no problem. Surely vB3 shouldnt be much different?

Is that a typo or do you really mean "vBulletin3 will run on lycos"?

vBulletin 3 will run on lycos, it was not a miss spelling, but there may be some features you dont have access too.
