pre modified version?

is a pre-modified version of vbulletin on sale? i have a site i need to officially launch by july 20th and i dont have the time to put in all the hacks so a pre-modified version would really help me out if i were to purchase vbulletin.

also.. is there a list of all the hacks/modifications installed in this latest version?

By Default vBulletin is standard, and no "pre-modified" version could ever be sold or distrbut it, according to the License Agreement.

What you see here at vBulletin.com is totaly stock.

If you dont want to hack vBulletin yourself you could hire someone with a service request @ vBulletin.org.
