I'm sure this is not the right place, but I don't know where to place this.
I am trying to renew my license, it's due to expire on June 24. But when I went to the license info page, I no longer see the details associated with my license. The problem is, my partner, whose name is on the licnese, is no longer involved with vb. I tried to change the contact details, but see that the response will go to his email, which no longer exists. We are still listed as active, complete with customer number, but I cannot find any way to renew my owned license. Any work arounds for this? Or suggestins on how to better contact jelsoft with my new contact info? Thanks for any help.:o

You best to contact support@vbulletin.com or sales@vbulletin.com and inquire about a liesense change.

yes, thanks, I did that, but the form states a response will go to the contact address...which is no longer valid!!. That's what I'm concerned about. Well I'll have to see what happens. Is there any way to view support results, if you don't receive the email notification? Cause I don't think it's going to come to me. The support board states average response time is 30 minutes...and nothing yet.

When you create a sales@ or support@ ticket through email or through the form in the member area, a reply might be emailed to the set email address, but if you have member area access, you can get a list of the contacts and directly post there.

That's just the answer I needed. :) Thanks again to both of you.
