Hi guys....

I'm still faceing a problem installing Vbulletin program and i posted a meesage here by the title of " Fatal error in step #3 "

So the guys wrote some comments but i couldn't solve the problem yet.

I decided to purchase the full installation which is the professional fist setup from Vbulletin guys.

Date of purchase: Fri Jun 9 16:48:13 2000 EST
Subtotal: US$65.00

the problem i'm facing right now is their is no email been sent to me from Vbulletin asking when you want the installation on which server.

I already sent three emails last few days but no replay until now, the emails are

sales@vbulletin.com
support@jelsoft.com
james@jelsoft.com

I need this installation to be done as soooooooon as possible, i'm paying money for installing the product and i need a fast action guys.

let me see what I can do to expidite the installation for you.

there have been some probs with Digibuy so it may be that your order was caught in that mess somewhere. I'll get in touch with John and have him e-mail you about all this.

thank you for your email, i sent to you all info about my account, but i think there is a problem some where so the email beensent to you is been rejected.

Can you write down your other emails to send the info...

I need this program to be installed as soon as possible.

I'll wait for James to solve this problem, now almost 15 days past after i purchased the full installtion for Vbulletin.
