Last week I signed up with Acunett http://www.acunett.com/management/ (http://www.acunett.com/management/) for their $35 / month remote management service, based on the good feedback I read here:

and holy toledo it has been just excellent.
I have a Red Hat Enterprise Linux dedicated server at ServerMatrix. Acunett has been FAST to respond (I don't think they sleep ever) and incredibly knowledgeable. There have been 3 guys Rob, Ron, and Tyler who have responded to my support tickets in getting my server stable and more secure.
My only complaint is that the spelling of their company is hard to remember (1 "c", 1 "n", 2 "t's") so I always went to a different company's website first. Yes that's why bookmarks were invented I know. But now I just go to their cool support ticket system that is so efficient!
From someone who gets panic-stricken if something is going wrong and I don't know how to debug it!,
