Welcome word dissapears!

Please help me!

Seem to have a strange problem, i cannot use the word Welcome anywhere on my site! I dont understand why, if a user types it in a post it just dissapears! It even dissapears when a user signs in at the top where it says (or should say) Welcome_x

What can i do?!

Ive fixed it!

Wasnt really sure all about replacmenets, but now you've said it, ive reailised that i do have a replacement for it!
