I would like to purchase the VB 3.0.1 and was wondering if I can customize the codes to use my own background picture for all the pages. Can I also edit the codes for the tables and rows to use no color or transparency. I want to be able to customize the codes so that the forum is identical to my site.

To anwser your question, vBulletin style can be 100% customized almost entlriy from the AdminCP's Style Manager.
