I recently needed to a make a host switch in a hurry. I chose Blue Domino because they are the creators of the Coffee Cup software. Figured they'd be a good place to start. It was $35/mo for the unlimited pkg I got.
Everything went fairly smooth until it was time to get the vbulletin board up and running. They have file_uploads turned OFF, and we cannot attach images, or avatars currently. They insist it's an .htaccess issue to turn that feature on, but we know it's not possible and they can't point out the specifics on how to do it. They obviously don't do messageboards very often. If they did, they could tell us specifically how to fix it.
So needless, to say we're looking for a new one now. Hopefully Blue Domino will refund the money I paid upfront! I'll update about that here as well.
