Installing E-Mail on 1.1.4

I can't get the email functions to work on my 1.1.4. Can somebody help? Everything works perfect. Only the email functions aren't working. It sais it sents, but it doesn't. Does I have have to fill in my server+adress somewhere??

we no longer support version 1.1.4. there are some serious security issues with it.

use you licnense info to go to the members' area and download 1.1.5 or 2.0.0 Beta 2.

This is a common problem, not fixed in the new release, but u may as well upgrade first.
