StachelI would not even think of using them. Their website is awful and their prices are even worse.

What type of access do you have to give them to your server? You do not want to be giving out root level access or anything.

On another note, most places that deal directly with the sale of dedicated servers will offer some sort of management plan. It might be a good idea to invest in that and have the data center staff monitor your server when you are unable to.

I use big brother to monitor this server and my own, and would highly recommend it.

That's the free version.... although I've added many addons from www.deadcat.net (http://www.deadcat.net)
