phpBB2.0.6 to vB3.0.1 - import date problem

Everything worked well in the import except the the dates on the topics are all from the year 1970. What have I done wrong?

Have you updated posts and threads by updating the counters?

Yes U need to go to Control Panel then "Update counters" from there u can update your databse ;)

Next question:

I have already imported my entire board from phpBB2.0.6 to vBulletin 3.0.1, but I am not ready to switch over my users to it since the theme design is not complete. So, can I reimport again at a later time? Will it just import the difference correctly, or does it need an empty database to import. Empty is fine by me. Just need to know what ImpEx will need to have prepped beforehand.

Empty database and a full import of everything is best.

Currently it won't do a "diff" as you are expecting, I've been looking at ways of doing this as people will want it for merging boards. It will do its best when doing the users buts thats about it at the moment.

That's cool. I can easily wipe the forum clean and re-import from scratch. That shouldn't be an issue.

1) delete the database
2) reinstall vBulletin 3.0.1
3) import data from phpBB2
4) reinstall vbPortal
5) reinstall PhotoPost Pro

Since I've got vbAdvanced and PhotoPost both added-in with the vBulletin 3.0.1, I hate to redo everything from scratch. If I were to delete all the users, forums, custom security groups, threads, and posts that I brought from my phpBB2 install, could I just re-import. Keep in mind that all I would have on my vBulletin install with that stuff deleted would be 1 user (Admin), my two vbAdvanced driving forums (News and Polls), and a few posts in each. I don't think it would conflict. I'm going to try and let everyone know.

The clean up script won't update counters, it will delete everything that has been imported. You have to update the counters in the admincp after an import.

I mean the auto-increment counters for the id fields.
The numbers just go on and on everytime I do an import although I ran your latest clean up scripts.
My forumid now starts at 110 (although I have only 30 forums), because of the many import attempts.
