I've done a quick search of the website and didn't find the answer, probably it's quite easy and I'm just missing it.
I have IPB 1.3 currently installed on my site and I would like to convert over to VB 3.0. I'm guessing there is a file I need to download to facilitate this, hopefully with some walkthrough readme included with it.
Is this correct?
