impex not in admincp

According to the readme that came with the impex I just have upload the folder to the vb folder, and then the option 'import' should appear in the admincp.

I don't see that option in the admin panel, so I'm guessing I did something wrong..

I uploaded the files to /forum_vb/impex/
Tried to upload them directly into the vb folder as well.

Are you sure it's not in ACP -> Import & Maintenance -> Import / Export ?
