Has anybody ever used this hosting service?
I did a search on this board, but it came back with nothing.

Their website is unprofessionally designed and coded, it is difficult to navigate, their shared hosting plans seem to be much higher than their claimed $3.95 and they would have to have their dedicated servers at a data center which normally costs upwards of $79 a month while they are leasing them for less. I think you should steer clear of them, they look like nothing but trouble.

While their dedicated servers may be on the cheaper side, it seems they make up for it with the ticket costs and support. Most dedicated hosts offer support freely, but they seem to charge per ticket and to even reboot the server, which should be free since you can do it within a minute via SSH, APC or another method.
Ticket support is $20/ticket and reboots are $29/each per 5 minutes. While they may very well be a good host, the pricing for support and reboots is a little far fetched if you ask me.
I've dealt with 5-6 providers myself and never had one charge me to send in a trouble ticket, call in or ask for a server reboot.
Again, they may be a great host, but I've not personally heard of them, so you may wish to check over at WebHostingTalk.com.
Also, the design a host uses has very little to do with their profesionalism :), not everone can administer a server and design on the same level; some can, some can't, but that is not what you should judge a host by.
Send them a couple questions, see how they respond and move from there :).
