How To Remove A Custom Template
You goto the Style Manager and 'Revert' the Custom Template.
Admin Control Panel > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > From this page click on the [< >] expand button > Select the Custom Template from the list > Click on the [Revert] button.
This will not revert to original, for it isn't an original template and therefor deletes it.
