I moved navbar on top

I moved the navbar on top instead of it hanging underneath. I think it balances the look better with the other headers for the forum. Take a look in my sig.

Yeah, looks good Mr N - maybe you could try putting it right at the top of your forum header...? that might make a further improvement IMHO...:)
