They're my server, and they have become totally inaccessible, as of this morning. I'm in a bit of a panic. Anyone have information on this?

In trying to reacher their website, it says "server not found."
In trying to email them, the email was rejected.
I don't know who else to ask.

I have heard nothing, here or on any news site.

I appreciate the apply.

They had a major system crash two nights ago and a lot of accounts were affected, including my own. Two days worth of posts were completely lost. I survived it, and planned to do daily backups on my own. I'm wondering whether THEY survived it. They were prepaid, and I just started with them.
UGH.

If you hear anything, please let me know. I'm praying it's some kind of system glitch, and that they didn't head for the hills.

Update:

I called their 800 number and they say they're still in business; their website is just "down right now." But why are emails not going through to them as well? They're all being rejected. And vBulletin has a board closure notice; couldn't others have something similar, rather than reading "specified server not found?" Whatever the problem is - it looks like they're there and attempting to fix it.

And for the record - my message board is experiencing NO problems today. I don't want to give them an unfair bad rep. They've been really responsive up until today's... whatever it is.

I was thinking of signing up with them. Which plan do you get and reconmend for me to get? I was originally thinking of the developer, but due to the lack of funds, I think I might be forced to go with the personal.

You can't sign up with someone who doesn't currently exist. Their website is still nowhere to be found. I'm trying to get info on a web host board, but nobody knows anything over there, either. I was using the personal package. My board is small.

Ok, one last update... I HOPE!!!

They replied to my call for information at WebHostingTalk, saying they're only down temporarily for maintenance. My board is still running beautifully. Maybe it's me who's just not aware of everything that's entailed in being a host.

If they do indeed resurface, my apologies for the knee-jerk reaction. I would still recommend them. My board is still running really fast.
